Parenting doesn’t come with a manual… but support helps. 💛

If you’ve ever wondered:
Am I responding the “right” way?
How do I help my child calm down without it turning into a battle?
Why does my child react so differently in certain moments?

You’re not alone... and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.

✨ We’re offering a FREE virtual Conscious Discipline Family Series designed to give you real-life tools that actually work.

In this 6-session series, you’ll learn how to:
✔ Help your child manage big emotions
✔ Respond in ways that build connection (not conflict)
✔ Create routines that feel calmer and more predictable
✔ Support your child in developing self-discipline from within

🗓 Thursdays starting April 2
⏰ 8:45–9:45 AM
💻 Virtual (join from home with your coffee ☕)

These sessions are geared toward ages 3–8, but honestly… the skills apply to ALL ages (and even us as adults 😉).

👉 Save your spot here:

Once you register, you’ll receive the Zoom link and all the details.

Let’s make parenting feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more connected.

You’re doing better than you think and we’re here to support you. 💛

BES Families and Caregivers, this is a quick note to inform you that the lunch menu for tomorrow has changed. We will be having hot dogs with french fries on Tuesday for lunch instead of popcorn chicken. We know our students have a variety of dietary needs and families need to plan accordingly, so we wanted to let you know as soon as we were aware.

Enjoy the remainder of your snow day!
