To register your child for enrollment to the Berlin School District, parents/guardians must do so at the appropriate grade level school.

           Brown School                     190 Norway St.                Grades Kdg. – 2

         Hillside School                   183 Hillside Ave.               Grades 3 – 5

           Berlin Middle School         200 State St.                   Grades 6 – 8

           Berlin High School             550 Willard St.                Grades 9 – 12

What to bring for registration:

Ø  Legal address, proof of residence via rent receipt, utility bills, lease agreement…

Ø  Child’s original birth certificate

Ø  Immunization records

Ø  Copy of the child’s most recent physical

Ø  Social Security card

Ø  Parenting Plan/Custody/Restraining Orders if applicable

Administrative offices at Brown and Hillside Schools are closed during the summer, but are open 2 weeks after school closure and 2 weeks prior to school opening.

Students must be 5 years old by Sept. 30 in order to register for Kindergarten.

Registration for kindergartners and grade 1 students takes place in the spring for the following September.
