Peer Outreach is an organization consisting of caring BHS students that specialize in advising peers who are in
need of help or advice. They are available for students who would like to talk to someone around their age, as
opposed to an adult. Peer Outreach members attend training sessions that prepare them to respond to many situations
including family problems, depression, and even suicide. Besides helping peers with their problems. Members of
Peer Outreach also provide orientation to transfer students as they adjust to life at BHS. Peer Outreach also designs
and distributes educational brochures dealing with common teen problems.
