The primary goal of the Berlin High Backers is to provide support to the students, teachers, school activities, clubs, and organizations at Berlin High School.

The BHS Backers have attempted to meet this goal for the past several years in the following ways:
Sponsoring Homecoming Weekend, which includes, parade, bonfire, a day of athletic events and activities, queen and king court contest, a dance, purchase of awards, trophies, flowers, etc.
Awarding a yearly scholarship of $600 to a deserving senior
Organizing Odyssey of the Mind
Assisting the HERO Club
Assisting FBLA
Helping with the BHS Yearbook
Sponsoring and chaperoning dances
Organizing a yearly gown swap
Sponsoring the Lip Sync contest(awards and prizes)
Donating to the CAP soup kitchen
Running the backers grill at Homecoming and senior picnic
Awarding sweatshirts to all senior atheletes
Maintaining the BHS Coaches Association Hall of Fame
Raising funds to provide "Extras" for our students in all Extra Curricular Activities

Working with and being part of this organization is a great way to meet other parents and friends of the young people of Berlin.

Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month in the Berlin High School Lecture Hall at 7:00 PM.
